Thomas Dungan

Thomas Dungan was born about 1690. He was the son of William Dungan and Deborah Wing and the granson of Thomas Dungan.

He married Esther Evans.

Sarah Dungan (1731),
Abel Dungan (1734),
Daniel Dungan, (1736),
Enoch Dungan (1739), and
Benjamin Dungan (1743).

In 1787, Daniel received a warrant for land in Sullivan County, Tennessee. At that time it was in North Carolina.

Benjamin Dungan, born 16 July, 1743; was captain of the first company, second battalion, Philadelphia militia, in 1780, and one of the sub-lieutenants of Philadelphia county in 1780, with rank of lieutenant-colonel.
